RESOLUTION

On the State Institution “Center for Implementation of the Project ‘Access to Green Finance and Rural Development Finance’ under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan

In accordance with Articles 52 and 132 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and in order to implement the project “Access to Green Finance and Rural Development Finance”, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. To establish the State Institution “Center for Implementation of the Project ‘Access to Green Finance and Rural Development Finance’ under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with relevant ministries and departments in the prescribed manner to solve organizational, legal and financial issues of the State Institution “Center for Implementation of the Project ‘Access to Green Finance and Rural Development Finance’ under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. The list of enterprises and institutions of the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan No. 588 dated December 28, 2006, shall be supplemented with a new paragraph of the following content:

“State Institution “Center for implementation of the project ‘Access to Green Finance and Rural Development Finance’.
